Regional networking events and a new way to bench-mark risk management decisions are amongst the FPL customer experience team's plans for 2018 and are launched today on a new page of our website here.
The new SHEQ Planet - community and events page describes these new initiatives and also provides part of FPL's response to GDPR and PECR, empowering interested prospects to determine how they want to engage with us, in compliance with the new data protection legislation coming into force next year.
FPL is all about long term relationships, not quick wins, and is committed to providing value and support for operations and compliance professionals. The new page describes:
A new series of free networking micro-events to be held at venues across the UK. FPL will provide the venue and the coffee and an open door policy for all registered compliance and operations professionals. This will be a no-selling, just networking environment with no headline sponsors promoting products and services, just compliance professionals sharing challenges and experiences with us and each other in an informal, drop-in and circulate format.
Also described on the new web page is a new bench-marking forum - an anonymous platform where anonymously submitted questions can be circulated periodically to participants via a simple survey and answers then re-communicated out to all participants.
You and us - the long term
FPL's services are broad - and are not easy to define, and we understand that prospects might be interested in exploring them with us - just not right now. We invite prospects to take a look through our website at their leisure and see what interests them - and to then tell us about these areas and when and how they'd like to hear from us next to move the conversation forward.
And lastly, the new page re-promotes our growing social media platforms encouraging prospects (and clients) to stay in touch with us on a less formal basis.
These are exciting times for FPL and we look forward to providing these value added services to our target market in the New Year.
